Statement of Information is done every two years (even years) Last filed January 3, 2018. Secretary of State @ https://businessfilings.sos.ca.gov/  Under Statement of Information Corporations type in
Delta Marina Yacht Club this takes you to a new page.

Click on the MARINA YACHT CLUB OF RIO VISTA and it will take you to the next page (Results Detail). On the bottom left hand corner click on the blue Statement of Information. The next page is the forms page. On the left hand top, second one down, click on File Corporation Statement of Information. Complete form and pay. Must be a credit card. You can't do this until after January 1, on each even year.

Bank signature card updated annually (January)
Make sure the minutes reflect who is being taken off and who’s being added for the current year. All those that are going to be on the signature cards need to go to the bank.

Taxes - State and Federal - Check the hard copies and go from there. The user name and password is contained in the 2018 filed state and federal taxes.

You do not have to drive to American Trophies to get name tags. Call them and have them put your credit card on file and you can order name tags via email and they will ship them to your home.

Commodore Trophy for Christmas Lighted Boat Parade, housed at Delta Marina Harbor office, Judged each year by Commodore and 2 or 3 additional members, plaque for winner and Trophy updated each year. (We have always just updated previous year’s winner if they win again, we give them a plaque to put on their boat.)
